We consider our efforts to undertake sustained, and collaborative and effective systemic advocacy work alongside our direct service delivery (including individual advocacy for improved client access to essential services) to be crucial to the fulfillment of our mission, and a responsibility that we hold to our clients and supporters.

Our systemic advocacy is at all times informed by the data collated through our case management and health care programs, and the views and concerns of our clients.
